It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
Not because everything slows down (it usually doesn’t), or because the house looks perfect (it never does), but because there's something about this season that makes home feel even more like home.
For families, especially with young children, Christmas has a way of sharpening everything — the joy, the chaos, the tenderness. It’s in the way kids race to the tree before the sun’s up, or how grandparents linger a little longer at the table. It’s early mornings in pyjamas, last-minute wrapping, and the kind of laughter that only happens when everyone’s in one place.
These are the moments I look for — not staged or styled, just honest glimpses of what this time really feels like. Familiar, fleeting, full of heart.

There are different ways to enjoy the Christmas photoshoot; we can have photographs in front of the tree, with sentimental decorations, maybe in our christmas pyjamas or christmas day outfits - or I can document pre-Christmas activities, such as joining you as your choose your christmas tree (if that’s an annual family event!). What’s most important is that you feel your christmas has been captured.
